Bay Liberty Inc is a company that assists adults with Special Needs in their own homes and in their communities. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients with their daily needs

Applicants must have:
-1 year experience working with individuals with Special needs or similar experience in a different field
-Pass a Department of Justice background check
-Have a valid CA Drivers License or ID
-Have your Social Security Card
-Have a Negative TB Test
-Be CPR/First Aid Certified
-Sign up as an In Home Support Service Provider (IHSS)

Job Duties:
-Be trained on site on the Principles and Applications of Supported Living
-Continuous online training
-Help clients take prescribed medication
-Assist clients with transportation in the community
-Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
-Help clients with exercise
-Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients
-Assist the client with shopping
-Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
-Be a pleasant and supportive companion
-Report any unusual incidents
-Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
-Assist with GOAL setting and making progress on GOALS
-Take excellent notes on GOAL progress
-Write reports on Goal Progress
