Receiving ILS Services
How the Process Works From RCEB Referral to Starting Services With Our Agency
What Are Independent Living Services (ILS)?
Independent Living Services (ILS) are designed to help adults with developmental disabilities live as independently and safely as possible in their own home or in the community.
ILS focuses on teaching, supporting, and maintaining independent living skills while encouraging choice, dignity, and self-direction.
Services are typically funded through Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) and are based on the individual’s goals, needs, and level of independence.
